This needle-detection service is recommended for apparel retailers, buying offices, garment / trimms manufacturers, etc.
- Bulk garments needle-detection service is conducted in our company.
- Goods are delivered to our company for inspection.
- Delivery and inspection workforce is provided by customers.
- This needle-detection service is supervised and guided by the professional consultant in our company by using the QMAX needle detector (model: NF-1) with various sensitivity settings, i.e. 0.8mm, 1.0mm or 1.2mm ferrous standard at customer's own discretion.
- 9-point test calibration is enforced.
- An inspection report (click above web link for sample review) will be issued after completion of inspection.
- Inspection capacity is about 650-750 pcs per hour.
