Snap button testing equipment is:
- To verify snaps to be firmly attached to apparels or toys.
- To prevent loose snaps to be swallowed by infants resulting in juridical responsibility.
Test result: All snaps and buttons are required to withstand attachment strength of 17 lbs. for 10 seconds. If failure to so, the snap button is deemed to be unsafe.
