- Standardizing and optimizing the thread tension of all bobbins in the workplace greatly reduces needle breakage during sewing operations as incorrect (too tight) thread tension will increase NEEDLE BREAKAGE.
- Accurate measuring of the thread tension in bobbin is vital for sewing

Remarks: The normal tension setting for the bobbin is 250mN-300mN (= 25-30g)
