HN-770G / HN-670C has a new digital circuit design, which is different from previous analogue system. With its newly developed digital circuit boards and testing circuit boards, it achieves the performance and stable operation of rapid detection. With the digitized data processing method, high-precision detection is now attained.
Features:
1. Blue LCD - New conspicuous blue LCD indicates detecting positions, detection signal levels from each coil and more information.
2. ø0.8mm - This machine has adopted new design detecting sensor so that ø0.8mm is detectable at 100mm detection height.
3. 140mm height - The maximum detecting height of previous model was 100mm only to detect ø1.0mm. But the detecting height of new model HN-650C/660C is 40% up. 140mm height is available.
4. 30% up - The detecting sensitivity is more stable in the detecting area. The new model gets more stable result against NC products than before.(100 mm height)
5. Sensitivity level monitor - New designed level monitor is easier to check the sensitivity level and detecting position lamp is divided into 10 areas that indicates the exact location of metal contaminant found.
6. Belt retract - This machine has a retract function that the products return to the operator after alarm.
7. Data collection - The detecting result is able to be collected to your computer by optional software from the needle detector. The collected data can be used for analyzing.
